The Tibetan Terrier originates from Tibet and is a companion dog who is lively, happy, outgoing, and very loyal and playful.

Belonging to the Non-Sporting group, this medium sized dog stands at 14 to 16 inches at the shoulders and has a double coat. The average litter size of this breed is at 4 and the average life span is at 12 to 14 years.

The Tibetan Terriers like to run off the leash and are most happy with long walks in the woods. They are usually great with children and are very sociable with just about everyone as it is never aggressive.
