The Tibetan Spaniel originates from Tibet and is a companion dog who is cheerful, very intelligent, loyal, and alert at all times.

A member of the Non-sporting group, this small dog stands at 10 inches in height at the shoulders and has an average litter size of 3 and an average life span of 10 to 12 years.

They require minimal grooming and shed their coat in the spring. They are also very trusting of other dogs and love children as well as very easy to train.

They do not require a lot of exercise and are content with a daily walk around the streets.
